The Rivers of Justice Film Festival is a new annual event in Three Rivers, Michigan, highlighting films exploring social justice themes. World Fare, a fair trade store in Three Rivers, started the Festival in 2009 with a Fair Trade Film Festival that featured two short films and a feature length documentary. In 2010, we changed the name to allow for a broader conversation in the future. This year's film selection highlights the importance of story and looks specifically at the story of Ethiopian coffee growers.

We hope to expand the Festival in the future, perhaps leading to a full-day event. We'll see!
